Da eine Katheterspitze im Bereich der ehemaligen Tmorloge lag, ist hier nicht zwischen einem Resttumor und einer Reaktion zu unterscheiden.

tumor focus
'Site' or 'bed' are not precise enough for 'Loge' which is the heart of the tumour within the wider tumour bed. Cf. 1st German URL below: "Nach.. Tumorresektion...werden Gesamtdosen von 45-50 Gy im Bereich des erweiterten TumorBETTES und von mindestens 60 Gy im Bereich der TumorLOGE...appliziert", i.e. the heart of the tumour needs a stronger radiation dose than the surrounding areas of tissue.
Lots of Google hits for "(tumour/tumor) focus", "focal tumor", "focal point within the tissue"... so the key term would definitely appear to be "focus".

"site" looks like it'll work well
Thanks!
