diagnosis
This is the diagnosis on an invoice. The entire diagnosis reads:
Aktivierte Pangonarthrose und veraltete Patellastrückfraktur links.
Patellafraktur is no problem, but I can not find anything on the "strück" part. Any help is very much appreciated.

COMMENT:
Stückfraktur is probably the correct German spelling, as already suggested.
However, the English translation in the cited source strikes me as much more plausible -- based on extensive hands-on experience in medical radiology -- than the prior responses.
Apparently this is an uncommon German term (at least on the Web). Also, this type of fracture is not very common in the patella and, incidentally, can surprisingly remain RELATIVELY unsymptomatic, since the patellar ligament may remain functionally intact. HTH Tom

German term (edited):
Patellastrückfraktur
segmental fracture of the patella
Like Jonathan I assume that it's a typo for "PatellaSTÜCKfraktur" and therefore my suggestion is
segmental fracture of the patella
or shorter
segmental patella(r) fracture
You might want to try googling a bit with these terms...
