Source text - English Term, expiration, and termination
This Agreement shall commence on the starting date of the free trial period upon the expiration of which it can be renewed by signing Schedule 1. The Agreement will then be automatically renewed for successive periods of one (1) year unless terminated by either Party by giving to the other Party at least two (2) months' prior written notice.
Without prejudice to any rights, either Party shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement forthwith of the other Party:
a. becomes unable to pay its debts as they fall due;
b. becomes subject to an administration order with regard to any of its assets;
c. makes any voluntary arrangement with its creditors; or
d. goes into liquidation.
The Parties waive their rights to claim compensation by reason of the expiration or termination of this Agreement, except where such claims are based on a breach of this Agreement by the other Party.

Niniejsza Umowa rozpoczyna się od pierwszego dnia nieodpłatnego okresu próbnego, a wraz z jego zakończeniem może zostać przedłużona po podpisaniu Załącznika nr 1. Umowa ulega tym samym przedłużeniu na kolejno następujące po sobie okresy jednoroczne, chyba że którakolwiek ze Stron rozwiązała Umowę za wypowiedzeniem wynoszącym dwa miesiące.
Każda ze Stron uprawniona jest do rozwiązania niniejszej Umowy ze skutkiem natychmiastowym bez uszczerbku dla swoich pozostałych uprawnień, jeżeli druga Strona:
a. nie jest zdolna do spełnienia swojego zobowiązania, kiedy dług jest wymagalny;
b. ustanowiono zarząd przymusowy obejmujący jakiekolwiek składnik jej aktywów;
c. zawarła dobrowolny układ ze swoimi wierzycielami; lub
d. przeszła w stan likwidacji.
Strony zrzekają się prawa do odszkodowania z tytułu jej wygaśnięcia lub rozwiązania za wyjątkiem roszczeń z tytułu niedochowania postanowień Umowy przez drugą Stronę.

Source text - English Findings on the implementation of Regulation (EU) No. 250/2014 establishing a programme to promote activities in the field of the protection of the financial interests of the European Union (Hercule III programme) and repealing Decision No 804/2004/EC
All Member States are eligible for funding under Hercule III. In some circumstances, projects run in non-EU countries may also receive funding from Hercule III. Costs incurred for persons from non-EU countries to participate in an event funded under the programme can be considered eligible for funding under certain conditions.
The funds are mainly used to organise conferences, workshops, or training in order to strengthen cooperation with the EU and capacity building of tax authorities in those non-EU countries. This includes coordination of activities with the aim of exchanging experience and best practice between authorities, developing high-profile research and conducting studies.
The main direct benefit of the programme related to technical assistance actions was the purchase of technical assistance equipment and the provision of innovative tools. The new equipment had led to increased detection rates.

The healing period varies depending on the quality of the bone at the implantation site, the tissue response to the implanted device and the surgeon’s evaluation of the patient’s bone density at the time of the surgical procedure.
Potential adverse events associated with the use of dental implants may include: 1) failure to integrate, 2) loss of integration, 3) perforation of the maxillary sinus, lingual plate, inferior alveolar canal, or gingiva, 4) persistent pain, 5) numbness, 6) excessive bone loss, 7) implant breakage or fracture, 8) systemic infection, 9) nerve injury.

Indications
The peripheral dilatation catheter is indicated to dilate stenosis in the femoral, popliteal and infrapopliteal arteries and for the treatment of obstructive lesions in synthetic arteriovenous dialysis fistulae.
This device is intended for single use only. Reuse of single-use devices creates a potential risk of patient or user infections. Contamination of the device may lead to injury, illness, or death of the patient.
Possible complications include, but are not limited to: 1) intimal tear; 2) arteriovenous fistula; 3) vessel spasm; 4) total occlusion of the vessel; 5) allergic reactions to contrast media; 6) antiplatelets; 7) anticoagulants.
Insert the distal tip of the dilatation catheter onto the proximal end of the guide wire. Carefully insert the dilatation catheter through the introducer. Position the balloon across the lesion using the balloon radiopaque markers.
